My HP Troubles Are Solved!

Lesson learned for me. I thought everybody at HP did not care at all for their customer. I made a crazy amount of phone calls trying to explain my problem, but no one would listen. It turns out that you just need to find the right person. There are some kind, caring people at HP if you can find them. I’m a member of the Gnomie Club, so Chris Pirillo forwarded my plea for help to his friends at HP, and they helped me, and satisfied me as a customer. There are good people out there! If you want more details because right now I feel that i’m being a little vague, let me know below and I will put up a new, more detailed article. :).
